Renovation of a municipal facility in Rapid City, South Dakota. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Identification: Rapid City, City Hall Renovation. 1. Project Location: City Hall, 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701 . Project Description: Finish upgrades in the Main Lobby including flooring, wall treatment, specialty lighting and storefront glazing. Renovation of Dias in Council Chambers, flooring and new ramp. Flooring in stair towers and small renovation of offices on main level. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount for certified check/cashier's check or 10 percent of the bid amount for a bid bond. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance and Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Performance Bond: 100% Per owner all bids were canceled and this project will re-bid at a future time and date TBD. Payment Bond: 100% Work Start Date: October 3, 2022 Substantial Completion: June 5, 2023 Final Completion: June 19, 2023
