As of October 1, 2024, per the owner, this project is currently on hold and a firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Metroparks is looking for a professional design consultant to address aging infrastructure issues relating to three of its regulation 18-hole golf course irrigation systems. The consultant will work with the owner to develop design drawings and specifications for each of the three locations. The consultant will also provide construction services which include review of bid submissions for construction, provide award recommendations, submittal review, and construction oversite in conjunction with the owner. Dates to implement construction would vary per golf course location. The target date for completion of final contract documents for bidding will be February 2023 or sooner.
