Cooper Construction Management & Consulting, Inc. are requesting Trade Contractor prequalification applications for the School District of Palm Beach County - Waters Edge Elementary School Facility Renovations Project, 21601 Shorewind Dr., Boca Raton, Fl 33428. All Trade Contractors interested in submitting a Bid Proposal must be prequalified with Cooper Construction Management & Consulting, Inc. prior to bid due date. To become prequalified, you must submit your request to Estimating@coopercmc.com or you can contact Preconstruction Manager, Mr. Andres Fischborn at (561) 841-6150. Scope of work will consist of refurbishment of doors, replacement of doors and frames, repairs of exterior finishes- stucco repair, complete roof coating, gutters, and downspouts replacement, windows exterior sealants, shade structure installation, restroom renovations, interior repairs and improvements, classroom lighting replacement, acoustical ceiling tile replacement, roller shades installation, HVAC replacement and all electrical and automation work related, complete fire alarm system replacement, restroom renovations and related plumbing work, site work and signage. In accordance with The School District of Palm Beach County, there is an established minimum 20% SDPBC certified SBE participation goal for this project. Regardless of whether a goal is established or not, Cooper Construction Management encourages local Small/Minority/Women Business Enterprises (S/M/WBEs) participation for this project and (S/M/WBEs) are strongly encouraged to participate. All costs incurred by Trade Contractor in preparing a prequalification shall be the sole responsibility of the Trade Contractor.
