Mechanical maintenance/repair services for College building systems on an 'as needed' basis. These repairs may include replacement of Air Handlers (AH) and all related HVAC components as needed. The mechanical maintenance/repair continuing services for college building systems does not include the chiller equipment and associated components (i.e. Chiller, components within the Chiller, VFD's for Cooling (water) Tower, Pumps and Motors). These types of repairs are covered under the College's preventative maintenance agreement with a separate vendor. The College's point of contact for all matters relating to this RFP is Lisa Tudor, Director of Procurement Services. The last day to submit questions will be the end of business (4:30 p.m. ET) on Wednesday, September 7, 2022. Questions received after 9/7/22 will not be answered. The College intends to select the most responsible and responsive proposer(s) that can demonstrate in their written response and in their oral presentation, if applicable, quantitative and qualitative information based on the criteria contained herein. The proposer understands that this RFP does not constitute an agreement or contract with the proposer. An official contract or agreement is not binding until proposals are reviewed and accepted by appointed College staff, approved by the appropriate level of authority within FSW and executed by the parties.
