Site work for a mixed-use development in Gilbert, Arizona. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
**As of January 27, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Town of Gilbert, Arizona (hereinafter "Town") is soliciting qualified Proposers to replace the irrigation pump stations for three parks: Cactus Yards, McQueen and Crossroads District Parks. New systems will need to meet the irrigation demands of the Parks in the most efficient way possible while including modern remote monitoring systems. This is in efforts to reach the Town's objective to be exceptionally built. For Parks & Recreation that means being well built with conserving water and electricity while providing the optimal field for play. The awarded is expected to provide and install three fully automatic irrigation pump systems while utilizing the new 20hp SIMFLO pump at McQueen Park if feasible. Additionally, Crossroads park needs its mainline upgraded to a 12" diameter pipe.
