Demolition and site work for a residential development in Inverness, Florida. Working plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
As of November 28, 2022, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. Citrus County, Florida ("County") invites interested parties to submit a Bid to furnish all labor and materials to demolish a dilapidated home and build a new two (2) bedroom, one (1) bathroom concrete block home in its place. This will include removing all debris from the old structure, sodding/seeding lawn and all site work related to a complete home placement in compliance with the requirements of the Citrus County SHIP Local Housing Assistance Plan for Project # RPL: 2022-02. The SHIP Program is established in accordance with Section 420.907-9079, Florida Statutes and Chapter 67-37, Florida Administrative Code. Bidders will either have to be previously enrolled with Citrus County Housing Services or submit an application requesting pre-approval and attend the Mandatory Pre-bid Conference and walk-thru tour in order to submit a bid.
