Site work and renovation of a recreation facility in Owatonna, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
The City of Owatonna ("City") is seeking a qualified entity or individual ("Company") to provide the goods and/or services described herein. The City anticipates selecting one Company to perform the services. Owatonna Parks and Recreation is issuing a request for bids to solicit qualified contractors for the River Springs Water Park Filtration and Pump Replacement Project. Following is a scope for the project: Work of contract generally comprises the following: 1. Demolition of existing pool filtration system and related piping and valves. 2. Provide new sand filtration system and related piping and valves. 3. Providing new PVC piping, new connections to existing piping, and new PVC pool valves. 4. Provide new piping supports and hangers. 5. Demo all existing pumps, strainers, and valves for facility. 6. Provide all new pumps, strainers, and valves. Question Submission Deadline:September 2, 2022, 3:00pm Question Response Deadline:September 5, 2022, 3:00pm The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities related thereto.
