The South Placer Municipal Utility District is seeking proposals from qualified consultants that can provide the District with professional engineering services to design improvements to update/replace its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System. An addendum addressing all questions submitted will be posted on the District's e-procurement website by close of business on Friday, September 9, 2022. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal whenever such rejection of waiver is in the interest of the District. In the event that the District cannot negotiate a satisfactory contract with the top ranked Proposer or said Proposer does not execute the contract, the District may give notice to said Proposer of its intent to negotiate a contract with the next most qualified Proposer, and so on, or may, if it so chooses, call for new proposals. The District reserves the right to select the proposal which, in the District's opinion, will provide services best matching the District's needs, not necessarily the lowest bidder. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
