The Owner will receive sealed bids for a Single Prime, Stipulated Sum Contract for Renovations and Additions located at the Traverse Heights Elementary School, 933 Rose Street, Traverse City, MI 49686 This Phased construction program includes but is not limited to: A two Classroom addition and ancillary spaces, site work with increased parking and site electrical, and interior renovations to the Main Offices and counseling areas.
