The CSSWL wants to obtain the best service, at the best cost, in the shortest possible time. Fulfillment requests will be awarded to the contractor who submitted the lowest conforming price per lot, in the form of a performance on demand contract. The work will be performed on demand, based on an hourly rate, as indicated on the price schedule and supervised by the managers of the Material Resources Department. The entrepreneur undertakes to provide certain services: at the request of the SWLSB representative; as needed; for a unit price fixed in advance; for all CSSWL buildings, forming part of the lot(s) for which it is tendering.
