This involves disposing of residual materials from the Horan site, located in the township of Horan, on the unorganized territory of Lac-Nilgault, of the MRC of Pontiac. The tender must be presented by a service provider having, in Quebec, an establishment where it exercises its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal business hours.
