Upgrades and renovations to the Shadd Business Centre vocational training school. The scope of work includes the renovation or replacement of the flat roof and skylights, renovation or replacement of the exterior finish, renovation of the interior floors and walls, including the painting, renovation or replacement des bathrooms, de drinking water distribution and sewage disposal networks, renovation or replacement of heating units, and construction of an access for people with disabilities, replacement or repairs of plumbing, mechanical and electrical equipment including the main transformer and distribution panels. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a professional consulting firm to provide project management services following the Request for proposals P-2210-GES and is finalizing agreements with an architectural professional consulting firm preselected for design of the project following the RFP P-2210-ARCH. Award of a design consultant is anticipated in late spring 2023. Timelines of further project development will be finalized after the design consultant award. Further update at that time.
