Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Willis, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Pine Circle Park Improvements The major items of work include installation of proposed restroom building including associated electrical and utility improvements, concrete sidewalk, and concrete paved parking. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of City of Willis Community Development Corporation in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The deadline to ask questions is 12/11/2022 12:00 AM CST
