Sealed Electronic Bids addressed to Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 184, Attention Christine Turner, President, Board of Directors, will be received for Water, Sanitary, and Paving Facilities in Stonecreek Estates Section 13 for Fort Bend County MUD No. 184, Fort Bend County, Texas. Due to the current COVID -19 pandemic, large public gatherings are not permitted by law. Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: approximately 4,260 LF 8-inch thru 12- inch waterline; 3,680 LF 8-inch sanitary sewer; 3,810 LF 24- inch thru 54- inch storm sewer; 13,300 S.Y. of 6-inch concrete pavement and 1,700 S.Y. of 7- inch concrete pavement. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor.
