Sealed Electronic Bids addressed to Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 184, Attention Christine Turner, President, Board of Directors, will be received for Water, Sanitary, and Paving Facilities in Stonecreek Estates Section 13 for Fort Bend County MUD No. 184, Fort Bend County, Texas. Due to the current COVID -19 pandemic, large public gatherings are not permitted by law. Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: approximately 4,260 LF 8-inch thru 12- inch waterline; 3,680 LF 8-inch sanitary sewer; 3,810 LF 24- inch thru 54- inch storm sewer; 13,300 S.Y. of 6-inch concrete pavement and 1,700 S.Y. of 7- inch concrete pavement. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. Copies of the bidding documents are on file at the following locations: Plans, specifications, and bidding documents are available. Said documents may be examined without charge in the office of Quiddity Engineering, LLC, 2322 West Grand Parkway North, Suite 150, Katy, Texas 77449. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Boards judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
