Request for Proposals For Fire Alarm Monitoring, Maintenance, and Annual Testing The Decatur Housing Authority is seeking proposals for all services related to the Fire Alarm Systems located in 3 highrise buildings. This shall include 24/7 monitoring, annual testing/inspections, and maintenance service as needed related to control panels, batteries, horns, strobes, and detectors at all three high-rise buildings owned by the Decatur Housing Authority and all located in Decatur, IL. Required testing and inspections shall be in accordance with all National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 72) regulations and the laws of the State of Illinois. The successful bidder shall be licensed and certified to do work in the State of Illinois. The Decatur Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and waive any informalities in the proposals.
