**CLARIFICATION: Hello. We wanted to further clarify the electrical subcontractor's scope of work as it pertains to the temporary generator/chiller equipment that is proposed for use during the changeover activities. The electrical subcontractor is to provide the labor for terminations and connections of the temporary chiller and electric generator set in your bid for each school and is to include both the setup and breakdown phases of the temporary generator/chiller set. Furnishing, unloading/loading and delivery of the temporary generator and fuel, the temporary chillers, as well as maintenance and upkeep of the temporary equipment is by the mechanical subcontractor. The electrical and mechanical subcontractors are to coordinate all connection details and requirements at the time the temporary equipment is ordered by the mechanical subcontractor and the chiller change-over is scheduled by the CM.** On behalf of Orange County Public Schools, SEMCO CONSTRUCTION, INC., the Construction Manager for the Two Sites Chiller Replacement is soliciting subcontractor and supplier proposals.
