Berry & Clay Inc., Construction Manager for Pine Tree Independent School District, is requesting sealed proposals from trade subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for all elements of the work required for the re-roofing of the Birch Elementary and the Parkway Elementary located in Longview, Texas. All proposals shall be made public after the award of the contract or no later than seven days after the date of selection of the proposals. Berry & Clay Inc. and Pine Tree ISD reserve the right to reject any or all bids or proposals and to waive any informalities and irregularities in the proposals received.
