Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
Fence to be installed must have the following: - Fabric to be 9-gauge core with 6-gauge finish in black vinyl - Post and top rail to be constructed with SS40 pipe and be black powder coated -9-gauge fence ties, spaced twelve (12) inches apart - 7-gauge bottom band - Hog rings to be spaced twelve (12) inches apart Posts to be installed must have the following: - 2-inch line post - 3-inch corner and gate post - All posts must be three (3) feet deep in a 12 in diameter hole - All post holes must be filled with concrete Gates to be installed must have the following: - Four (4) four-foot walk-through gates - Two (2) fifteen-foot rail gates - All gates must be built out of SS40 pipe and be black powder coated Withers Swash Dog Park
