Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

PROJECT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: A. THE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF UNIVERSITY PURCHASED 1250 TON CHILLER, AND 70,000 LBS/HR. DEAERATOR B. REMOVAL OF AN 800 BHP FIRETUBE BOILER AND 1400 BHP WATERTUBE BOILER AND THE INSTALLATION OF TWO UNIVERSITY PURCHASED 800 FIRETUBE BOILERS. C. THE UNIVERSITY HAS CONTRACTED WITH A CONTRACTOR TO REMOVE AND REPLACE THE EXISTING 4500 TON COOLING TOWER. THIS CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE REMOVAL OF PIPING, ELECTRICAL, AND STAIRS ASSOCIATED WITH THE COOLING TOWER REMOVAL AND PROVIDE NEW CONNECTIONS TO THE NEW COOLING TOWER. The last day for Bidders to submit questions is, September 6, 2022. Questions shall be submitted to ebid@nebraska.edu.
