The Project consists of the reconstruction of and improvements to Rambo Street (Ford St. to Mill St.), Coates Street (Holstein St. to Fraley St.), Prospect Street (4th St. to Fraley St.), Fraley Street (4th St. to Hurst St.), 3rd Street (Mill St. to Green St.), Holstein Street (4th St. to Hurst St.), Front Street (Depot St. to DeKalb St.), 2nd Street (Depot St. to DeKalb St.), 6th Street (DeKalb St. to Transfer Station), 9th Street (DeKalb St. to Merion St.), Green Street (4th St. to York Alley), Merion Street (5th St. to 9th St.), Cherry Alley (Front St. to 2nd St.), Elm Alley (Ford St. to Green St.), Greenfield Alley (Hurst St. to Grove St.), Front Street (Ford St. to Vine St.), Vine Street (4th St. to Front St.), Mill Street (5th St. to Rambo St.), 5th Street (Green St. to DeKalb St.), Bridgeport Sewer Plant Parking Lot and 9th Street (Green St. to Ford St.) and involving reconstruction of identified inlets and ADA ramps as well as milling and overlaying of the roadways.his project is financed in part by Montgomery County through a Community Development Block Grant.
