CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: The Elevator CONTRACTOR shall possess a Class C-11 license. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS: The COUNTY reserves the right to reject any and or all bids or waive any informality in a bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. BID SELECTION: The COUNTY reserves the right to select any one or any combination of bids, whichever is in the best interest of the COUNTY. Bid Bond: 10% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Maintenance Bond: 100% CONSTRUCTION TIME: The successful CONTRACTOR (after receiving the Notice to Proceed) shall have 30 calendar days to complete all work called for under the Contract Documents. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: The liquidated damages will be $250 (Two Hundred Fifty Dollars) per day for project delays that are determined to be attributable to the CONTRACTOR.
