Lead - Based Paint Risk Assessment Services the City of Mechanicville is Seeking Qualified Consultants/agencies to Provide 1) Lead-based Paint Risk Assessment and Clearance Testing for the City's 2021 City-wide Home Program. Mechanicville is Requesting a Statement of Qualifications and Proposal for Professional Services From Qualified Consulting Firms, Organizations, or Individuals for the Purpose of Providing Licensed Lead Risk Assessment and Certified Clearance-testing Services (Clearance as Needed). If Your Firm is Able to Provide Weatherization Services, Please Note That in Your Response, Along With Corresponding Fees. The City's Program is Expected to Include Home Repair, Private-owner Rehab and/or Similar Housing Activities Which May Require Lead Risk Assessments Prior to Construction. It is Estimated That 10 Units Will Need Services at This Time.
