Renovation of a medical facility in Leesburg, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
As of September 13, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Implement and execute the Business Plan to ensure timelines from contract award to the commencement of program operations are met, including but not limited to: a. Renovation Planning; b. Consulting and researching on the purchase of furniture and equipment; c. Recruitment and selection of required personnel; d. Onboarding and training of required personnel; e. Engagement and Referral Development; f. Obtaining required DBHDS licenses; and g. Establishing MCO contracts Participate in the selection of furnishings, including bedroom, common areas, and office furniture. Provide for the following items required to provide the licensed service, including but not limited to: a. Food to meet individuals' nutritional needs; b. Electronic Health Record; c. Medication administration supplies; d. Office Supplies; e. Computers and Technology (including Wi-Fi); f. Housewares and cooking supplies g. Therapy and activity supplies; h. Replacement and specialized Office Furniture; i. Emergency Food and supplies in accordance with DBHDS licensing and Medicaid requirements.
