For the construction approximately 284 linear of 15-inch storm sewer, inlets, 1 headwall, restoration and other nances under the Contract: Storm Sewer Improvements Project Norwich Avenue Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The form of the guaranty shall be in accordance with the type permitted under the contract documents. No bid guaranty shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with the requirements as set forth in the contract documents or any applicable statutes of the Common- wealth of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordi- nances. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Work under this Contract is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (1961 August 15, PL 987; P.S. 166) and subsequent amendments. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
