**As of October 17, 2022, project was awarded to DSW Homes: $14,335.09, Island Harbor: $20,900 ,MGM Contracting: $26,050.00 ,Island Harbor: $25,700.00** The City of Sebastian is requesting Invitation to Bids from qualified and well established housing rehabilitation Contractors to provide Rehabilitation for Four (4) Single Family Home Units. The City of Sebastian is seeking bids from licensed, qualified and well established housing rehabilitation Contractors to furnish all labor and materials to provide minor to substantial repairs to four (4) single-family homes for its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Program. This project is funded through the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The Contractor will be required to have an active DUNS number and all aspects of the project must conform to the U.S. HUD standards and abide by the Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations and Section 3 Certification. No Contractor or subcontractor may participate in this work if ineligible to receive Federal or State funded contracts.
