The City, as part of our efforts to improve water quality in the IRL system, is seeking to engage our waterfront homeowners to become a part of the restoration efforts. The City is seeking proposals from aeration companies to install and maintain aeration systems for the initial canal (Canal D) in the pilot program. Proposals must be submitted on City format to be considered. Proposals shall be submitted in one (1) original and five (5) copies with the "Original" clearly marked. Paper documents must be provided but should be accompanied by an equivalent electronic PDF file.
