Cutting, Restoring, Repairing and Rehabilitating District Ditches on an as Needed Basis Needed basis for the year commencing October 1, 2022 and ending September 30, 2023. The bidder will furnish in its bid the equipment listed below on a per hour basis for the above-described work: (1) Excavator/Trackhoe which shall be 2007 year model or newer with a minimum reach of 30 feet, minimum weight of 25 tons, minimum under carriage length of 14 feet 8 inches, minimum track width of 32 inches, minimum ground pressure of 5.35 psi, minimum horsepower of 159 and which shall have a mower head with a minimum 42 inch cutting head with fixed non-carbide teeth on a rotating drum, knives with cutting surface that can be sharpened in field. The bidder must follow the insurance guidelines of the Otter Bayou Drainage District of Sharkey, Washington and Issaquena Counties, Mississippi, furnish both a certificate of Worker's Compensation insurance and a certificate of liability insurance with sealed bid naming the district as additional insured thereon. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities.
