The Town of Evans will receive separate, sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, and tools, equipment as required for the TOWN OF EVANS - SEASONAL MOWING CONTRACT at various Town owned sites and facilities. This is a 3-year contract starting in May 2023 Through October 2025. All bids shall be addressed to the Town of Evans and shall be directed to Town Clerk Lynn Krajacic at the address listed above in a sealed envelope and be clearly marked on the outside of the mailing "BID ENCLOSED-Town of Evan Seasonal Mowing Contract - 3 Year Term. Failure to follow the above instructions could result in rejection of the bid. The contract documents may be examined at the Buffalo Office of the CPL Team, Consulting Engineers, 26 Mississippi Street, Buffalo, New York 14203. The contact for CPL Team is Steven R. Alternatively, for shipment of Bidding Documents, Bidders can provide their UPS or FedEx shipping account number in lieu of the $25.00 check for mailing and handling. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid (total of all 3 years of work). In accordance with State Fiance Law 139-j and 139-k, all questions about meaning or intent of the bidding documents shall be submitted to the designated contact person in writing.
