Demolition and new construction of a mixed-use development in Brookline, Massachusetts. Design plans call for the construction of a recreation facility.
Project will consist of the construction of a new indoor and outdoor ice skating rink. As of August 23,2022 the project is undergoing a feasibility study and will not be going to budget until next year 2023. An Architect has been assigned and bidding timeframe for a general contractor has not been determined. Construction is not scheduled until at least the 3rd quarter of 2024.
