It is the intent and it is hereby agreed that the Contractor shall perform all work covered by the Contract Documents. The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Central Georgia Technical College (Owner) for the for Quick-Start Lab HVAC Building C-South Wing in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. Central Georgia Technical College is located at 80 Cohen Walker Drive Warner Robins, GA 31088. This project has been posted as a sealed, electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace system. The project plans are attached to the bid event. Central Georgia Technical College is located at 80 Cohen Walker Drive Warner Robins, GA 31088. Central Georgia Technical College will be hosting a Mandatory Prebid Conference meeting to discuss the scope of this project. Details about the mandatory site visit will be discussed during the meeting. Failure to participate in the Mandatory Prebid Conference and/or site visit will automatically result in disqualification from the bid process. TCSG and the College reserves the right to disqualify a potential bidder for failure to be in attendance at the Prebid conference by the scheduled time. TCSG and the College reserves the right to reject any bid for violation of this provision. This project has been posted as an electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace bidding system. Project Plans are available at no charge and may be downloaded directly from the bid event. All bid submission documents must be completed, executed and uploaded to the bid event by the closing date and time in order for them to be considered. TCSG will not accept paper bids or bid documents submitted by any other means. It is highly recommended that all companies complete the registration process and review the project plans attached to the bid event prior to attending the Mandatory Meeting.
