Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Cold Spring, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
In General, the Work consists of sewer forcemain, prefabricated utility bridge, and roadway construction. The project consists of the following approximate quantities: 1 LS 200' Span Prefabricated Utility Bridge with 24" Diameter Drilled Shaft Foundations 10,000 SY Bituminous Pavement Removal 1,300 LF 14" HDPE Horizontal Directional Drilled Sewer Forcemain 2,400 LF 12" PVC Sanitary Forcemain (Direct Bury) 400 LF 12" DIP Sanitary Forcemain (Direct Bury) 6 EA Air Release Manhole 2,200 TN Bituminous Wear Course and Non-Wear Course Paving Along with miscellaneous bridge components, sewer forcemain components, potholing, removals, restoration, and correlated appurtenances. All plan holders who order electronic proposals through QuestCDN will receive addenda as they are released; however, it is the Contractor's full responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda prior to the submittal of bids.
