Supply annual service to our Trane Blast Chiller Model #RTAA080 located at Deerfield Men's Work Center 15172 Old Belfield Rd. Capron VA 23829. Agreement to include (4) one-year optional renewals. Bidder must be Trane authorized to service and repair. Certifications must be submitted with bid. All bidders shall furnish complete and detailed specifications for all services offered. Description & Scheduled Maintenance to include: 1. Total of (4) inspections (shall be completed quarterly). 2. Performing manufacturers recommended maintenance. 3. Travel & Labor required to visually inspect and test equipment to determine its operating condition and efficiency. 4. Testing for excessive vibration, motor winding resistance, refrigerant charge, fan RPM, refrigerant oil (acid), water condition, flue gas analysis, safety controls, combustion and draft, crank case heaters and unit controls. 5.Inspecting for worn or failed parts, mounting, drive couplings, oil level, rotation, soot, flame composition and shape, pilot and igniter, and steam, water, oil and/or refrigerant. 6. Provide all the travel, labor, and consumable parts (belts, oil filters, lubrication, and cleaning agents) to clean, align, calibrate, tighten, adjust, and lubricate equipment.
