Renovation of a military facility in Niceville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This includes removing and replacing the roof and identified HVAC equipment on BFF Chiller Building (L6-0147), BFF Service Building (L6-0248), GSE Repair/Wash Building (L6-0249), Storage Building (L6-0297), AFT Skirt Test Building (L7-0251), and Hazardous Waste Building (L6-0295). NASA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Task Order to one of the small business SSC MACC II holders. We are hereby requesting that you provide this office with your proposal for the above referenced project. The work required shall consist of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and other related activities necessary to Replace Roofs at the Booster Fabrication Facility Complex (BFF) Phase 2 at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida in accordance with the specifications and drawings identified in Description/Specification/Work Statement, Section C and in the List of Attachments, Section J. The referenced specifications and drawings will be delivered via the secure NASA Enterprise File Sharing system entitled Box. The Contractor 'hall utilize Attachment I-C, General Wage Determination FL20220001, July 22, 2022, in preparing your proposal. The period of performance for this work is outlined in Section F of the solicitation.
