HURRICANE IDA DISASTER RELATED ROOF REPLACEMENT AND REPAIRS OF LEON GODCHAUX HIGH SCHOOL at 1880 HWY. 44, RESERVE, LA 70084. Tabulation will be made for consideration by the Owner in awarding the Contract. Bids received after the above-designated date and time will not be opened and will be rejected. This project will consist of membrane roofing and insulation replacement, asphalt shingle roof in replacement, overhead door replacement and brick fencing repairs as detailed in the documents. The Contractor performing the work must be licensed with the State of Louisiana Licensing Board as a General Contractor. Bids received from Bidders without this license will be rejected. ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS SHALL NOTIFY THE OWNER OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NOT LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE BID OPENING. All Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the Base Bid and all Alternates and must be in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or a Bid Bond Form written by a surety company licensed to do business in Louisiana, signed by the suretys agency or attorney-in-fact as per the project specifications.
