Renovation of a municipal facility in Orange Beach, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Medical Arts Building Renovation A cashier's check or bid bond payable to City of Orange Beach in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal. If awarded the bid and prior to beginning work, the Contractor is required to have a current City of Orange Beach Business License, furnish a Certificate of General Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance, and proof of Automobile General Liability Insurance. Insurance Certificate provided to the City shall name the City of Orange Beach as an additional insured. Performance and Payment Bonds must be executed upon award of the bid with a penalty equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the amount of the contract price. General Contractor's License number and type must be on the envelope.
