Site work and new construction of a stadium in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 583-square-foot stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
In general the work consists of: selected demolition to remove existing lockers, locker-bases, and benches. New CMU walls will create a 583-sq.ft. Women's Volleyball Team Room out of an existing men's locker room. Floor will be carpet tile with an inset region of broadloom with a custom logo and the wall base will be 4" coved vinyl base. New doors will be hollow-metal in hollow-metal frames and hardware will include key-pad lock. No plumbing work is associated with this project. HVAC scope includes ductwork, grilles, and Testing & Balancing revisions. 38 Existing thermostats for duct booster coils are located where they are not affected by proposed work. No temperature controls work is required. Contractor is to provide demolition of existing electrical devices and provide new lighting fixtures and controls, new general convenience receptacles, and new fire alarm devices associated with the renovation. The new circuits are to be connected to existing circuits or new circuit breakers in existing panelboards. The new fire alarm devices are to be connected to the existing fire alarm control panel. The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsin's prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not affect the Federal Davis Bacon Act requirements.
