The project site consists of the approximately 0.5-acre south parking lot to the south of S. Beach Road. The gated parking lot will consist of 19 angled parking stalls, including 2 ADA parking stalls. Traffic will be directed in a one-way path by new landscaping, signage, and rope fencing. The parking lot will be surfaced with a coquina base,The project consists of construction of the improved parking area in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications, including: Clearing and grubbing of parking area of vegetation and existing parking barricades. Placement and compaction of the new parking surface in accordance with drawings and specifications, including. Installation of concrete wheel stops and signage. Placement of sod and seeding in accordance with drawings and specifications and to restore any areas disturbed during construction. Installation of post and foundation for rope fence per the drawings and specifications.
