Snow removal would be for 11 Driveways and one sidewalk circling all units. Request will need to be on a per hour basis. The Kennebec Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality in the BID received, and to accept the BID that is to the advantage of, and in the best interest of the Kennebec Housing Authority. The successful bidder agrees to the furnish labor and materials and also agrees to the General Contract conditions for Small Construction/Development Contracts HUD Form 5370-EZ including Davis-Bacon wage rates and procedures. Kennebec Housing has the option to run the contract for snow removal over a four-year term. Project is awarded based on the proposal price for the first year with the option to continue in years two, three, and four depending on the availability of funds. The option to extend the contract is the unilateral right of Kennebec Housing. If the option is exercised, the price will be the not to exceed price or less.
