Demolition, site work and addition to a laboratory facility in Mansfield, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a 8,300-square-foot laboratory facility; for the demolition of a laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.
All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. R.S. 38:2212(B)(1), the provisions and requirements of this Section and those stated in the bidding documents shall not be waived by any entity. he Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. An approximate 8,300 square foot addition for the Nursing Department that includes lab, classrooms, student center, and office spaces for the department. The building is one-story, structural steel framed. Reference drawings and specifications for associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.
