Period of Performance: 09/19/2022 to 01/17/2023 0001 Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to pour a 30 x 50 concrete slab to support pre-fabricated steel building IAW the terms and conditions, drawings, SOW and other attachments set forth in this IDIQ. The San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center needs a storage building to store research field equipment. Protecting critical field equipment from the elements will maximize life cycle reducing any premature replacement costs. In addition, the storage building needs to be on a concrete slab IAW industry standards. The storage building is to be a Borga or equivalent as indicted in the SOW. Bid Guarantee: A bid guarantee is not required for quotes less than $150K.
