IAW FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Completion shall be 120 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). DOL General Decision #CA20220018 dated 8/26/2022 is applicable to this contract. Period of Performance: 09/19/2022 to 01/17/2023 0001 Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to pour a 30 x 50 concrete slab to support pre-fabricated steel building IAW the terms and conditions, drawings, SOW and other attachments set forth in this IDIQ. The San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center needs a storage building to store research field equipment. Protecting critical field equipment from the elements will maximize life cycle reducing any premature replacement costs. In addition, the storage building needs to be on a concrete slab IAW industry standards. The storage building is to be a Borga or equivalent as indicted in the SOW. Bid Guarantee: A bid guarantee is not required for quotes less than $150K. A single organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday September 8, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.All individuals interested in attending the site visit should pre-register by emailing Michael.Sherlock@usda.gov and Luis.Merida@usda.gov no later than 11:00 a.m.PDT September 7, 2022 with a list of names of attendees. This is necessary to ensure that the site is prepared for the number of visitors expected. Participants will meet at: USDA ARS San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center (SJVASC) 9611 S. Riverbend Ave. Parlier, CA 93648. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
