Updated Classroom teaching surfaces and finishes in original classrooms. 3. Repaint all interior surfaces 4. New ancillary locker room buildings at baseball and softball fields. 5. Window and Glazing Replacements in parts of campus. 6. Renovate existing small gym, clinic and science prep areas. 7. Updating lighting to LED lighting on interior and exterior of building. 8. Cleaning and sealing of exterior masonry 9. Repainting all exterior painted surfaces. 10. Interior Door and hardware replacements. 11. City and private sidewalk and curb curt replacements 12. Softball Bleachers upgrades 13. Security and clock updates 14. Landscaped areas updated and replacements. 15. Pavement Resurfacing and restriping of existing teacher and staff parking lots. 16. Domestic water line replacements 17. Sanitary sewer replacements 18. Various HVAC equipment replacements and upgrades 19. Sump pump replacements. 20. Security System repairs and access control improvements 21. Demolition and abatement 22. Furniture Moving PN - 21222, 21028.000 Addendum #1 has been issued as of 9-13-2022. Note from Sedalco Construction: Due to delays related to permitting for the portable buildings to be utilized for swing space on this project, work on site for this project is anticipated to start in May of 2023. This dealy will also push the overall duration of the project to 24 months instead of the posted duration in the project documents. Please take this in to consideration when developing our proposals.
