The New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq. ("LPCL"). COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTING SERVICES As authorized by Resolution No. 22-263 adopted on July 25, 2022, the Municipality is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide communications consulting services, and more specifically advice and services necessary to assist the Municipality to develop a comprehensive communications program through which the Municipality may share with the community information about its programs, priorities, projects and issues. Beginning on TUESDAY, AUGUST 23, 2022. All proposals shall be on approved forms which shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, addressed to the Municipal Clerk, Municipal Building, 400 Witherspoon Street, First Floor, Princeton, NJ 08540, bearing the name and address of the vendor and the purpose for which the proposal is submitted. Vendors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1 et seq. Vendors shall also be required to comply with all other requirements as set forth in the Instructions to Vendors and RFP. Proposals may be submitted in person or by mail and they will be received at the Municipal Clerk's Office and publicly opened, examined and announced. No proposals will be received after the above-designated time. The Municipality assumes no responsibility for the loss or the non-delivery of any proposal sent to it prior to the proposal opening. A contract will be awarded pursuant to the LPCL, and upon a finding by the appropriate officials that a specific proposal is most advantageous, price and other factors considered, or all proposals will be rejected, within 60 days after the opening of proposals (unless extended as provided by law).
