Sealed bids are invited for the execution of the King and Queen Fish Hatchery Pond Liner Project at King and Queen County, VA. The project is generally described as rehabilitation work for Ponds 9 and 10, to include installation of new pond liners and subgrade drainage, replacement of pond equipment electric service lines, and repairs/alterations to fish kettle and splashguard structures. eVA electronic bids will not be accepted. All bids shall be submitted in paper/hard copy format. A Bid Bond is required for any bid exceeding $100,000. Performance and payment Bonds will be required for this project. Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, withdrawal of bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders, which is part of the Invitation for Bids. Withdrawal due to error in bid shall be permitted in accord with Section 9 of the Instructions to Bidders and 2.2-4330, Code of Virginia.
