The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe would like to invite you to participate in the proposal process for our project identified as Phase II Diabetes Center Renovations at 66 Margaret Terrance Memorial Way, Akwesasne, NY through our Procore construction management software. All questions are due in writing no later than five (5) days prior to proposal deadline and should be submitted to the Grants and Contracts Office at 71 Margaret Terrance Memorial Way, Akwesasne, NY 13655 This project consists of providing all materials, tools, plant, transportation, supervision and labor required for Phase II renovations to two (2) interior spaces in the SRMT Diabetes Center for Excellence including interior demolition, new interior partitions, new ceilings, new finishes and associated electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire protection modifications, all located at 66 Margaret Terrance Memorial Way, Akwesasne, NY, as further described in the Proposal Documents Manual. Under this Section, the Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to test and adjust all environmental systems, including but not limited to air distribution systems, hydronic distribution systems and the equipment and apparatus connected thereto 2. The work required herein shall consist of setting volume (flow) and speed adjusting facilities provided or specified for the systems, recording data, making tests and preparing reports, as hereinafter specified.
