Renovation of a municipal facility in Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Springfield Redevelopment Authority (SRA) is seeking written responses from contractors for the following storefront improvement scope painting, electrical, and HVAC at 115 State Street and 1145 Main St., Springfield MA Bidding procedures are procedures are per Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.) Chapter 149 as amended and other applicable statutes. This project includes but is not limited to painting, lighting upgrades, and heat pump replacements at the storefront level of both buildings. The project will be managed by the SRA property manager, Colebrook Realty. IFB#23-0801 Painting Est. $20,000 All questions regarding the available bids must be made in writing and received by the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) (apham@springfieldcityhall.com) on Thursday, September 1, 2022 by 4:00 PM EDT. Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety Prevailing Wage rates may apply. The Springfield Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
