The period of the Standing Offer will be for three (3) years with the option to extend for two (2) additional one(1) year periods. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS AN INDUSTRIAL SECURITY REQUIREMENT There is a security requirement associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.
