Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Roy, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work generally consists of constructing an eight-court pickleball facility. Construction will include site preparation, post-tensioned concrete slab, fencing, acrylic court surface, striping, nets, shade structures, lighting, and all other items as indicated on the design drawings and as indicated in the Contract Document. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price, made payable to Roy City Corporation as a guarantee that the bidder, if his bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Contract, secure payment of Workers Compensation insurance and furnish a satisfactory, faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract price. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the Project Engineer, Jory Wahlen at jory@wasatchcivil.com. No specification interpretations will be made by telephone, nor will any or equal products be considered for approval prior to award of Contract. Roy City Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the City.
