For domestic waste, the service provider must rent two (2) waste compactors: one for the Côte-Sainte-Catherine building, the other for the Hélène Desmarais building. He will have to ensure the installation, maintenance and repairs of these compactors, as well as the collection and disposal of household waste, The service provider must also ensure the collection and disposal of compost and recyclable materials at all of its buildings. He will provide all the bins required. The contract begins on November 1, 2022. It has a duration of three (3) years and two (2) years of renewal option of one (1) year each.
