Renovation of a mixed-use development in Edmond, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
2022 for the Pelican Bay Aquatic Center Pump Room Renovations. This Project Consists of Furnishing All Required Materials, Supplies, Equipment, Tools, and Plant to Perform All Necessary Labor for the Pelican Bay Aquatic Center Pump Room Renovations. This Project is Subject to Tax-exempt Status. All Questions Shall Be Submitted Using the Online Bidding System. The Last Day to Submit Questions is September 6, 2022 at 2:00 Pm Clt. Bids Submitted More Than Ninety-six (96) Hours, Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, Before the Time Set for Opening the Bids, as Well as Bids Submitted After the Time Set for Receipt of Bids, Will Not Be Considered. A Cashier's Check, a Certified Check, or a Surety Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Be Required of Each Bidder. Deposits Will Be Returned to the Unsuccessful Bidders. The Bid Bond Should Be Submitted Online at the Time of Online Bid Submission Closing Date and Time. Each Bid Submitted is a Legal Offer and When Accepted by the City, Constitutes a Firm and Binding Contract. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. The City of Edmond Reserves the Unconditional Right to Cancel All or Any Portion of This Project Within Thirty (30) Days From the Date of Opening of Bids, for Any Reason and at Its Sole Discretion.
